Mid C19 villa. Two storeys and basement, 3 windows. Low-pitched hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. Stock brick with angle pilasters, stuccoed basement and first floor cill band. Gauged brick arches to first floor windows, moulded architraves and console bracketed cornices below; all sash windows; ornamental cast iron guards on ground floor. Seven steps to half-glazed 4-panel door in moulded architrave in prostyle porch with square columns.
