Description
Nos 45 and 47 Stockwell Park Road are early to mid-19th century villas, each featuring two storeys, an attic, and a basement, with three windows across the front. They have slated roofs with three dormers. The buildings are constructed of stock brick, with a stuccoed basement, frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The full height window sections project slightly, and the sash windows have gauged flat brick arches, with No 47 featuring glazing bars. The ground floor has round-arched recesses with a stucco impost band, and No 47 includes patterned cast iron guards at the ground floor. There are eight steps leading up to the doors, which are framed by moulded architraves and set back behind an entablature surround.
