Description
No. 54 Stockwell Park Road is a mid-19th century villa that stands two storeys tall with a basement and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick, with a stuccoed basement and a cill band on the first floor, along with a top frieze. It has angle pilasters topped with stuccoed capitals. The roof is fairly low-pitched, hipped, and slated, with an eaves soffit. The sash windows have moulded architraves, and there are console bracketed cornices on the ground floor with incised panels below. Access to the villa is via seven steps leading to a half-glazed, four-panel door, which is set back and framed by a moulded architrave and a stuccoed entablature surround.
