Mid C19 villa. Two storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick. Stuccoed basement, first floor cill band, top frieze. Angle pilasters with stuccoed capitals. Fairly low-pitched hipped slated roof with eaves soffit. Moulded architraves to sash windows, console bracketed cornices on ground floor and incised panels below. Seven steps to half-glazed 4-panel door in moulded architrave, set back behind stuccoed entablature surround.
