Description
No. 43 Stockwell Park Road is an early 19th-century building that has undergone some alterations. It stands three storeys high with a basement and features two windows, along with a set back single-storey entrance bay. The building is constructed of stock brick, with a rusticated stucco basement and entrance bay that creates voussoirs for the round-arched doorway. It has a modillion cornice at the second-floor level and a cill band at the first floor. A narrow parapet cornice tops the structure. The windows have gauged brick arches and consist of altered sashes or casements, with round-headed windows on the arcaded ground floor. Access to the building is via six steps leading to a modern door, which is situated under the cornice and balustraded parapet.
