Description
No. 50 Stockwell Park Crescent is a mid-19th century building that stands two and a half storeys tall with a basement and features two windows. It is constructed of stock brick, with a stucco basement and a cill band on the first floor. The roof is slated and has a moderately low pitch, topped with an open pedimented gable end facing the street. The building has sash windows, some of which include glazing bars, set within moulded architraves. The ground floor windows are round-headed and feature key and impost blocks, along with a projecting bracketed cill that has an ornamental cast iron guard. The entrance consists of a similar design to the windows, with a four-panel door that has a cornice head and a plain fanlight, all framed within a stucco panel.
