Description

These are an early to mid-19th century pair of houses located on the west side of Stockwell Park Crescent. Each house is three storeys high, with a basement, and has two windows in the main outer blocks. A two-storey, set-back entrance bay connects the two houses. The facades are faced in stucco, with prominent angle pilasters. A cornice and blocking course runs above the linking entrance bay. The main blocks have low-pitched, slate hipped roofs. The windows are sash windows, some retaining glazing bars. There are four steps leading to the altered front doors. The buildings are included in the listing for their group value.
