FOREST ROAD E8 5013 (South Side) -------------- No 64 TQ 3384 24/206 II GV
2-storey, 2 window early-mid C19 building of stock brick with tall parapet front which has lost its stuccoed frieze and blocking course. Gauged brick flat arches to windows now modernised, that on ground floor in round-arched recess. Door, now flushed, has fluted quadrant pilasters, cornice head and fanlight under round gauged brick arch. Included for group value.

Nos 62 to 70 (even) form a group with the wall in front of left part of No 62.
