Description

No. 68 on Forest Road is a 2-storey, 2-window house built in the early to mid-19th century using stock brick. It features a very tall stuccoed entablature and a blocking course. There is a cill band on the first floor, and the sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The ground floor window is set in a round-arched recess. The entrance has a modern panelled door flanked by fluted quadrant pilasters, topped with a cornice head and a plain fanlight, all under a round gauged brick arch. Nos. 62 to 70 (even) form a group with the wall in front of the left part of No. 62.
