Description

No. 7 Parkholme Road is an early to mid-19th century villa made of stock brick, standing two stories tall with a basement and featuring three windows. It has a fairly low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate and eaves soffit. The first floor has a cill band, and the sash windows are topped with gauged flat brick arches that include glazing bars. The entrance features a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight above it. Only the back pilasters remain of a porch that was similar to the one at No. 1. This building is part of a group with Nos. 7 to 13 (odd) that share architectural significance.
