Description

66 Forest Road is a two-storey, three-window building dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of stock brick and features a tall parapet front, although it is missing its stuccoed trim. There is a narrow stucco cill band on the first floor. The sash windows, all but one of which have glazing bars, are set beneath gauged flat brick arches, with the ground floor windows located in round-arched recesses. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door flanked by fluted quadrant pilasters, topped with a cornice head and a blocked fanlight, all under a round gauged brick arch. This building is part of a group with Nos 62 to 70 (even) and the wall in front of the left part of No 62.
