Description

This is an early to mid-19th century pair of buildings on Queensbridge Road. Each building is three storeys high, with a basement, and has two windows. A single-storey entrance extension is set slightly back from the main facade. The buildings are constructed of stock brick with stucco detailing. A stucco frieze, cornice, and blocking course run along the top of the facade. The basement and the ground floor are stuccoed, with a cill band extending to form the parapet coping of the stuccoed entrances. The roof is low pitched and slated. The sash windows have glazing bars and are set within stucco-lined reveals, with gauged flat brick arches above. The windows have modern doors, each featuring a reeded cornice head and a rectangular fanlight. Buildings 374 and 376 form a group with numbers 364 to 380 (even).
