Description
41 Well Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features a plastered and lined exterior with a slate roof that has plain wide eaves. The building is three storeys tall and includes a cellar. On the ground and first storeys, there is a single window, which consists of sashes with a single vertical bar in the lights and marginal glazing. Above the entrance door, a similar window opening has been blocked. On the second storey, there are two 8-pane sash windows. All windows have flush cased frames with projecting hoods and sills that are supported by shaped brackets. The entrance features a six-panel door with raised fielded panels, a traceried rectangular fanlight, and a doorcase with pilasters and a cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
