Description
Holly Hill is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of stone, rendered, and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and has three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a three-pane overlight, which is set within a 20th-century porch that has a pediment, moulded jambs, a frieze, and a dentilled cornice around the doorcase. All windows are fitted with stone sills and plain stone lintels. The ground floor has tall, unequally-hung 15-pane sash windows, while the first floor features sash windows with glazing bars. The second floor has blind square openings with 9-pane windows painted on. The house is topped with an embattled parapet, and the rear has a single pitch sloping roof with stacks at the back.
