3/23 Former service range - immediately to north west of Valley Farmhouse

Detached former service range to Valley Farmhouse, now used as a farm store. C17, with later additions. Originally timber framed, plastered to the north, the remainder largely rebuilt in red brick. Roof of black pantiles. One and a half storeys. The original range has 2 cells, with exposed joists and roof structure. The part to the east of the internal stack is a later addition, probably of C19. Various windows and boarded doors; there is one diamond- mullioned window to the north.
