Description
This is a farmyard range dating from the 18th to 19th century, located to the north of High House Farmhouse. It features plain tile roofs and includes a central timber-framed barn with red brick panels, consisting of three bays and a tie-beam and angle-strut roof. There is a square opening for cart access in the center. To the south, there is an L-shaped red-brick range that contains stables with a hay-loft above and a cider-house featuring the original horse press. To the north, there is a weatherboarded timber-framed addition with a half-hipped end gable and a loft above an open-ended cattle barn. This barn range contributes to a notable farmyard group alongside the farmhouse.
