Description

The former barn located to the south of High House Farmhouse dates from the 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame, red brick, and weatherboard, topped with a plain tile gable-ended roof. The barn features square framing with tension braces and consists of three bays. It has a tie-beam-and-collar queen post truss, which includes angle struts and lower raking supports.
