Description
The Rose and Crown Public House is a 17th-century building featuring a timber-frame structure with painted brick. It has a gable-ended roof covered with plain tiles and an external stack on the north end wall. The main range is two stories high with two windows and square framing consisting of eight panels by four. It has casement windows and a modern central porch. Attached to the south is a lower timber-framed range with three panels by two, which includes one gabled dormer, one glazing bar sash window, and a six-panel door. To the north, there is a former detached kitchen that is also timber-framed and one story tall.
