Description

This barn, located about 10 meters northeast of Whitedell Farm House, dates back to the 17th century. It features a timber frame construction that is weatherboarded and has a tiled roof. The barn consists of three bays, with an additional slightly lower range of two bays added at the end furthest from the house. A central gabled midstrey faces the house and includes double doors, while the entrance is located in the added range. The rear wall has inserted casements, and there is a lean-to at the end away from the house. Inside, the barn has arched braces supporting a queen strut clasped purlin roof.
