House, now house with shop. C18/C19, shopfront c1864, altered in Queen Anne style 1900 (on rainwater head). Red brick with old red tile roof. A 2-storeys house facing S, adjoining The Dial House on the E. Internal gable chimney on W: external gable chimney on E with tumbled brick offsets. S front is faced in English-bond with heavy wooden modillioned cornice returned at ends with triangular pediment following verge. 3 windows to 1st floor. Slightly recessed box sashes with 6/6 panes and moulded architrave. Similar window on left of central half-glazed panelled door with pilasters, moulded architrave and moulded hood on shaped brackets. Regency style original shopfront with small- paned bow window and door on right, slender panelled pilasters and entablature with deep fascia. Plastered stall-riser.
