Description
Archers Hall is a house located in Westmill village, dating from the 17th century or earlier, with an extension from the 18th century, a porch from the 19th century, and a west crosswing. The building features a timber frame on a stucco plinth, roughcast walls, and steep old red tile roofs. It is a three-unit, central-chimney, lobby entry house that faces north. The structure has two storeys and an attic, with three windows on each floor. The windows are flush wooden casements with small panes.
A large gabled half-timbered porch with a half-glazed door is aligned with the central chimney, positioned a third from the east end. There is a single-storey gabled extension to the east, which includes an internal gable chimney and one window, along with a lean-to on the east end. To the west, there is a single-storey projecting gabled crosswing that has a higher floor level but maintains the same eaves height, featuring a four-light bow window on the north end with a half-timbered gable.
