Description
No. 18 Hailey Lane is an 18th-century house that features a timber frame with plaster on a red brick plinth. It has a steeply gabled slate roof and is two stories tall with two windows on the front, which faces east. The house has end chimneys and a central entrance plan, along with a two-story lean-to extension at the back, which shares a continuation of the slate roof at a lower pitch. The gables are adorned with cusped bargeboards, and the gable chimneys project slightly. The symmetrical front of the house includes recessed two-light casement windows on each floor and a central flush panelled door topped with a flat hood supported by shaped brackets. This property is part of a group with Nos. 21 and 23.
