Description

No. 9 Warden Road is an 18th-century house with a timber-framed structure, featuring colourwashed roughcast render and some exposed timbering. The building has a thatched roof and a two-room plan, consisting of one storey and attics, with the roof hipped at the west end over a single-storey additional bay. The front elevation facing the road includes a front door with six flush panels, a three-light casement window, and a single light window, both of which are leaded. There is a red brick ridge stack. The east gable end has a two-light casement window with glazing bars on the ground floor, and a three-light leaded casement window in the attic.
