Description

This house dates to circa 1700. It is timber-framed with colourwashed roughcast rendering and has a thatched roof. The original layout comprised two rooms, with a single storey and attic. The ground floor features two two-light casement windows with glazing bars, and the attic has a single eyebrow dormer with a two-light casement. A plank door is positioned on the right-hand side, sheltered by an open porch. The west end of the roof is hipped, extending over a later single-storey addition. A single-storey, 20th-century lean-to addition is built against this. To the east is a 20th-century garage addition. Red brick integral stacks are located at both ends of the main block.
