Description
No. 16 Ickwell Green is an 18th-century house constructed with colourwashed roughcast render over a timber frame and topped with a thatched roof. The building features a two-room plan, is one storey high with attics, and has a single-storey addition on the left-hand side, which has a hipped roof. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows, while the attic has two eyebrow dormers, each with 2-light casements, all featuring glazing bars. The entrance includes a part-glazed door on the left bay and a plank door at the center of the main block, both sheltered by a gabled wooden porch. A red brick ridge stack is present on the roof.
