Description

Wagstaff's Cottage is a house that was originally a pair of cottages, dating from the 17th century and later modified in the 19th century. It features timber-framed construction that has been encased in colourwashed brick. The roof is made of clay tiles. The building has a four-room layout and consists of one storey with attics. On the ground floor, there are four 2-light lattice casements, while the attic has four gabled dormers, all equipped with 2-light casements, some of which have glazing bars and others are lattice. There are also two plank doors and a red brick double ridge stack. A 20th-century addition has been made to the rear of the cottage.
