Description
No. 41 Church End is an 18th-century house constructed with colourwashed roughcast render over a timber frame. It features a thatched roof that is hipped to the west and half-hipped to the east. The house has a three-room plan and is one storey high with attics. It has a variety of two and three-light casement windows, some of which include glazing bars. The roof extends over a 20th-century porch that has a plank door situated between two right-hand bays. A red brick double ridge stack serves the two left-hand rooms. There is also a 20th-century flat-roofed addition at the rear. This building is included for its group value.
