Description
White Wood Lodge is a lodge built in the late 18th century to early 19th century, designed in a picturesque cottage style. There is a 20th-century addition to the rear. The building features a stone gable wall and plinth, and the front may be timber framed. The left-hand gable wall and front are rendered, and it has a thatched roof. The lodge has a symmetrical facade with one and a half storeys, featuring two sets of three-light metal casements, each with a rounded head, and two eyebrow dormers with three-light casements. The central doorway has a part-glazed door and is sheltered by a thatched porch supported by rustic timber. The left-hand gable has two-light metal casements on each floor.
