Description
No. 12 South Street is an 18th-century house that features a timber frame and weatherboarding, with brick facing on the left return and rear. It has a red plain tiled roof and a red brick chimney stack on the left side. The building stands two storeys high and has a two-window range of small paned vertically sliding sashes. The entrance is marked by a central six-panelled door.
