Description
Moonrakers is a house located in Braughing village, dating from the 18th century or earlier. The building is plastered and colourwashed, topped with a steep thatched roof that is hipped at the south end. It features a three-unit layout with a central chimney and faces east. The house has two storeys and includes three windows, with two small windows situated between them. The first floor has two-light casements, while the ground floor has two bays, all featuring small panes. At the south end, there is a lean-to tiled enclosed porch that has a 20th-century battened door. A large chimney is positioned one-third from the south end, along with an external gable chimney at the north end.
