Description

These are a pair of cottages dating from the 18th century. They are timber-framed structures, now plastered, and have a peg tile gambrel roof. The cottages are one storey high, with an attic space containing four lean-to dormers featuring 20th-century casement windows. A large red brick stack is centrally positioned. The front of No. 4 has a simple boarded door and two 20th-century casement windows. No. 6 features a similar door and a pair of 19th-century horizontal sliding casement windows with cross pattern glazing bars.
