Description

No. 7 North Street is a house and shop from the early 19th century, consisting of two blocks made of red brick in Flemish bond, topped with gabled slate roofs. The taller block to the south features a red brick stack located behind the ridge. The building has two storeys. The south block has two double hung sash windows with small panes on the upper floor, each set under segmental arched heads. The ground floor includes similar tripartite sash windows and a front door with a fanlight above. The lower north block has one double hung sash window with small panes above a contemporary small shopfront fascia and cornice. This building is included in the register primarily for its group value.
