Description

This is an early 19th-century house built with a timber frame and plastered walls. It has a double range of gabled roofs covered in peg tiles, with a central ridge stack. The house is two storeys high. The first floor has two double-hung sash windows with margin glazing bars and moulded surrounds. The ground floor features a central door surround with a simple pilaster design and a flat hood over a large, rectangular fanlight. Either side of the door are canted bay windows with flat roofs, each with double-hung sashes and margin glazing bars. The building is listed primarily for its group value.
