Description

A pair of cottages dating from the 18th century. They are timber-framed with some areas rendered and colour-washed, while others have a rough cast finish. The roof is thatched and half-hipped. The cottages have a 4-room plan arranged over one storey and with attics. They feature two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars, and two 2-light casement windows with leaded lights, both dating to the 20th century. Two dormers are present, the left one with a lattice casement and the right one with a 20th-century leaded casement. A plank door is situated on the left side, and a 20th-century gabled porch on the right. A red brick ridge stack is centrally located, with a red brick integral gable end stack to the east.
