Description

Former timber warehouse, now four sheltered flats. This early to mid-19th century warehouse is constructed of gault brick with a grey slate hipped roof. It is two storeys high and features a projecting eaves cornice. The facade is rusticated. Full-height round-headed window arches are positioned on the right and left sides, containing recessed, small-paned three-light windows. The lower windows have gauged brick arches, with plain brickwork in between. A similar central doorway is present, with vertically boarded lower and upper doors. Internally, there are cross-quadrate cast iron support columns to the ceiling.
