Island house, now a shop. C18 of possibly earlier origin. Rough rendered, gabled right return. Red plain tiled roof, C20 tiles to right. Off centre left and rear red brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, attics and cellars. Moulded wood eaves cornice. Central brick band. Plinth. 4 first floor vertically sliding sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor. Blocked left window. 2nd window matching those to first floor, 2 C20 doors with shop window between. Right return, sash window to gable, forward ground and first floors with moulded and dentilled cornice, C19 3 light casement first floor windows, ground floor C20 shop window.
