Description
Chilham Antiques is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the 17th century with some 20th-century alterations. The building features a timber frame and a red brick plinth, topped with a plain tile roof. It has two storeys, with a plinth and a jetty on the close-studded first floor. There is a large stack located at the rear right of the building. The windows show irregular placement, including 20th-century wooden mullioned and leaded lights, a central 20th-century oriel window on the first floor, and two 20th-century bay windows on the ground floor. The entrance has a central doorway that is four-centred arched and moulded.
