House, now shop. Probably mid-C18, remodelled early C19, with some mid- C20 alterations. Rendered brick with tile roof, central stack. Three storeys, brick coped verge to left, moulded stone cornice to parapet; central lead drainpipe with rectangular rainwater head; two windows: tri- partite glazed sashes in moulded plaster architraves; ground floor: shop front has two plate glass windows with overlights containing decorative cast iron ventilators flanked by engaged Doric columns to moulded cornice, central slightly recessed entrance has a moulded wooden architrave and a half-glazed door; to left-hand corner an entrance to passage has a wooden architrave, and door of six flush panels, the upper two with decorative cast iron grilles.
