House, now two shops and flats. Late C18 with late C19 and some mid-C20 alterations. Brick with hipped slate roof. Three storeys, dentilled brick cornice; four windows: glazing bar sashes under rubbed brick heads; second floor: 9-pane sashes under rubbed brick heads; ground floor: central passage- way flanked by two shops, entrance to passage has wooden architrave, 3-panel blind overlight and a C20 wrought iron gate; shop front to left: multi-pane with Gothick glazing bars, entrance to right has a 3-pane overlight and glazed door; shop front to right C20, central recessed entrance with glazed door flanked by two plate glass windows.
