Description

No. 107 on High Street is a house that has been converted into part of a shop. It dates from the 18th century and features colourwashed brick with a stone-coped parapet that partially hides the slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has stacks located at the rear. On the second floor, there are three 12-pane glazing-bar sash windows. The first floor has a half oval bow window that projects outward, featuring original curving glazing-bar sash windows and a modillioned cornice above. A coved shop hood is present over the recessed 20th-century front on the ground floor. The 20th-century shops at the rear are not included in this description.
