UPTON WARREN CP UPTON WARREN SO 96 NW Drakeford Cottage 6/126 II

House. Early C17 with mid-C19 and C20 alterations. Timber-frame with brick infill and brick, tile roof hipped to east end. Two framed bays aligned east/west, central lobby entry against stack with three brick shafts, 6-point star plan. Two storeys, irregular fenestration; three windows: 3- and 4-light C20 casements. Tudor arched doorway to entrance. Framing: exposed to left (west) bay only, four square panels high. Interior: fireplaces are of sandstone ashlar with oak lintels.
