Description

The boundary walls to the garden of Hobden Hall Farmhouse date from the early 17th century. They are constructed of brick and ashlar, with the north, south, and east sides featuring stone-coped English bond brick on a chamfered stone plinth, standing approximately 2 meters high. The brick has been removed on the west side. These walls are a good example of 17th-century garden walls and represent an unusual survival from that period.
