House. c1740's with later additions and alterations including C19 bow window and with C20 dormers. Pinkish-red brick in Flemish bond with concealed roof. 2 storeys plus attic and on half-basement, 4 first-floor windows. 3-course first-floor band. First floor has 6/6 sashes in lush frames and with flat arches of gauged brick. 3-course band over first floor. Modillion eaves. 2 roof dormers with casement windows. Ground floor: chamfered plinth with grille at right. Bow at left has three 12-pane lights and fluted pilasters between. 6/6 sash at right in flush frame and with flat arch of gauged brick, with external shutters. Off-centre right entrance a 3-raised-and-fielded panel door with fluted surround and with hood on corbels, divided overlight above. INTERIOR: noted as retaining original plasterwork and joinery including dentil cornice to first-floor room. All the listed buildings in College Precincts (qqv) form a good group and part of the setting for Worcester Cathedral (qv).
