2 houses, now shop and offices with flat over house to right. c1808-1832 with later additions and alterations including those of c1980s to ground floor. Pinkish-brown brick, painted at right to ground floor, in Flemish bond with flat arches of red gauged brick and stone sills; slate roof with party-wall and left end brick stacks with oversailing course and pots. 3 storeys, 3+3 first-floor windows. First-floor has 8/8, 6/6, two 8/8, 6/6 and 8/8 sashes. Second floor has 4/8, /6, two 4/8, 6/6 and 8/8 sashes. All windows in shallow reveals, with flat arches of gauged brick and sills. Ground floor, from left: 2/2 horned sash; renewed plate-glass door in plain reveals and with cornice. Renewed shop front. 2/2 horned sash. Entrance a 4-panel door, the upper panels glazed, with overlight in timber doorcase with cornice. 2/2 horned sash; blocked opening. All windows and right opening have flat arches; windows have sills. Crowning modillion eaves cornice. INTERIOR: not inspected. HISTORICAL NOTE: apparently not shown on Young's Map of c1808 but shown on Clements's Map of 1832.
