SHRAWLEY CP SHRAWLEY Nos 1 and 2 Hampton Cottages

GV II Former house, now divided. C17, altered. Timber-framed, part brick and lath-and-plaster infill, rendered sandstone base. Slate roof with tiled outshut to rear. Straight range of three framed bays and outshut, one end stack to east and second stack to right of centre, east gable entry to No 2, entrance to No 1 to left of centre. Single storey and attic. C20 casements, two-light window in gabled dormer above entrance. Three-light window to left and one three-light and one two-light window to right.

Framing: irregular two and three panels from sill to wall-plate, angle bracing to top panel, two queen struts to collar in gable.
