Description
This building comprises a barn, cow house, and stables, located about 10 metres west of Hall Farmhouse. It is dated 1829 and has some alterations from the mid-20th century. The barn is aligned east to west, with the cow house extending to the south from the barn's west corner, and the stable situated at the east end of the barn.
On the south front, there is a gable over a semi-elliptical arch that leads to the threshing floor, positioned to the left of centre. To the right, there are two stable entrances with segmental heads, and to the left, there is a segmental-headed low cart entry. The building features hit-and-miss ventilators. The east wall of the cow house has a central gable over its entrance, flanked by two cow entries on either side. This structure is included as a dated example that contributes to the group value of the area.
