Description

The building is a water tower that was originally a windmill, dating from the early 19th century with some early 20th-century additions. It is constructed of brick and features a truncated cone shape with a cylindrical brick section added to create the water tower. The original openings had segmental heads, but most of these have been blocked. All machinery has been removed.
