20, Wellington Road B15

20 Wellington Road is a Grade II listed building located in Edgbaston, dating from around 1840. This detached villa is two stories high and features three bays, constructed in stucco with a modest scale. It has a plinth and the ground floor is channelled up to a moulded sill course at the first floor. The shallow flat boxed eaves of the hipped slate roof are adorned with a moulded bed, and there are flanking stucco chimney stacks topped with ornamental pots.

The villa has revealed glazing bar sash windows, with those on the first floor featuring sills that are contained by reveals above the sill course and shallow aprons below. The entrance includes a projecting architrave doorway, supported by small consoles that hold a cornice with palmette acroteria and a central anthemion crest. The door itself consists of three moulded panels and is topped by a rectangular fanlight.
