2 houses. Early-mid C19 with later alterations. Pinkish-brown brick in stretcher bond with painted stucco front facade and cement-tile roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows. First floor: to left a canted bay with pair of 2/2 sashes with central mullion to centre between 2/2 sashes and with modillion cornice, 8-pane casement in plain reveals, two 2/2 sashes in plain reveals. Entrances to right to each house, a Gothic-panelled door with overlight and a 4-panel door with overlight with glazing bars, both with surrounds with Doric pilasters. To left a tripartite mullion and transom window with 8-light between 4-light casements. Deep continuous frieze with moulded band. To right a bay window with 6/6 between 2/2 sashes. Continuous moulded cornice acts as first-floor sill band. To left a pedimented gable to front facade. Ridge and end stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
