House. Early C19 with later additions and alterations. Reddish-brown brick with painted stucco facade and Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. First floor has 6/6 sashes with plain reveals, sills and flat arches. Ground floor: entrance to left a part-glazed, 6-panel door with overlight within projecting surround with chamfered jambs, frieze and cornice. Canted bay to left, 1/1 between 2/2 sashes. Further entrance to left a board door within round-arched recess. Tall right end stack with cornice. INTERIOR: not inspected.
