Description
This is a house located at 57 Regent Grove in Royal Leamington Spa, dating from the early 19th century, with later additions and alterations. It is built of reddish-brown brick with a painted stucco facade and has a Welsh slate roof. The house has two storeys and features two first-floor windows. The first floor has 6/6 sash windows with plain reveals, sills, and flat arches. On the ground floor, to the left, there is an entrance with a part-glazed, 6-panel door that has an overlight, set within a projecting surround with chamfered jambs, a frieze, and a cornice. There is a canted bay window to the left, which contains a 1/1 sash window between two 2/2 sash windows. Additionally, there is another entrance to the left with a board door set within a round-arched recess. A tall stack with a cornice is located at the right end of the house. The interior has not been inspected.
