Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on Broad Street, Leominster. The building is constructed of painted brick with a Welsh slate roof and a rear stack. It is three storeys high and has a four-window front. The windows are mostly 6/6 sash windows with stucco lintels. To the right, there are two 8/8 sliding sash windows at a slightly higher level, and above those, 3/6 sashes and two sliding sashes. The left-hand entrance has a 20th-century six-panel door and a blocked overlight, sheltered by a moulded wooden hood on fluted pilasters. Flanking this entrance are 6/6 sash windows. To the right of the entrance is a 19th-century plank double door set within a timber frame, with two lights above that appear to have been altered. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
